Grosvenor Casinos are Investing in their Future

The casino giants that are Grosvenor Casinos have announced that they are investing in their future. The way this company plan to do this is through the opening of 45 land based casinos by 2015. Grosvenor Casino, which is the second largest casino operator in the UK, has decided to expand its company based on the success it had in 2011.

Grosvenor G Casinos have numerous members through both its on and offline casinos and it is hopeful that it can keep up the momentum in 2012. As this company is building its future, the managing director Phil Urban is optimistic that even though the economic backdrop is tough a number of people are discovering the possibilities that casino gaming has on offer.

Phil Urban said: “2012 will be the year in which Grosvenor Casinos moves to a cross-channel branded approach.

“We also have further investment planned across the business for this year and this includes two new Grosvenor G Casinos.”

There are currently 39 land-based Grosvenor G Casinos and with the addition of more over the next three years, it may seem that more and more people will become familiar with the Grosvenor brand.

Already many members go to a Grosvenor Casino and they are given the chance to enjoy all the casino games available, along with other facilities such as stylish bars and restaurants, along with fantastic entertainment.

These new additions to the Grosvenor Casino brand mean that sometime soon you may see a brand new casino open in a town near you (that’s if there isn’t already a Grosvenor Casino there)!

The Isle of Man government wants to open a brand new hotel and casino complex and it has received some exciting responses. The deadline for responses is the 31st January 2012, so the government is urging parties to contact them if they are thinking of getting involved in this opportunity.

Opening a casino on the Isle of Man is what the government believes will be the next step to making the Isle of Man an international gaming industry hub. Minister John Shimmin has been pleased with the responses that have been received to date and he says that ‘many are very interesting.’

Mr Shimmin also believes that the development of an Isle of Man casino along with a 5-star hotel complex will create many jobs, not only in the construction industry but also in the leisure industry. It is thought that this Isle of Man casino will attract not only seasonal gamers but also boost visitors to the Island.

Tim Craine, the Director of Economic Development said: “The Isle of Man offers a unique location for a top-class hotel and spa leisure complex and securing a high quality facility like this will be an asset for our economy.
