It has been reported that Aspers Casino had over 30,000 people through its doors in the first three days of it opening. This is four times the amount that had been expected to visit the first 24-hour casino in the UK. Broken down more than 18,000 meals, over 4,500 pints of beer and 500 cocktails were severed over the three days. In addition to that Aspers Casino sold over 6,000 loyalty club cards to players.

It first opened on Thursday 1^st December at 7am and just 30 people were waiting to play the various games that this casino has on offer. However, since then it has attracted many people to the casino which is situated in the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. New Aspers Casino in Westfield Opens Today

The new Aspers Casino opens its door today at the Westfield Stratford City in the largest urban shopping centre in Europe.

Earlier this month UK Casino News brought you information regarding a brand new super casino that is set to be the largest in London and this brand new Aspers Casino opened its doors today to the public. Located on the third floor of the Westfield Stratford City – which is the largest urban shopping centre in Europe this new casino is spread across 65,000 sq ft. In addition to it being a super casino it will look out over the Olympic park which will see the London 2012 games take place next year.

As this casino is the first to open under the large casino license it has many facilities on offer to all who walk through its doors. Looking at the games on offer Aspers Casino has 40 gaming tables, 150 slot machines, 92 electronic terminals and a 150-seat poker room.  In addition to that it is trying to appeal to the customers who aren’t interesting in playing games so it has other facilities on offer. These include an 80-seat restaurant, a cocktail bar named Sky Bar and a Sports Bar which serves drinks 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Not only has the opening of this Aspers Casino got gamers all excited but it is estimated to have created 440 jobs which adds to the 8,500 permanent positions already created when the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre opened in September 2011.
